PMS-408 Expeditionary Warfare-AT/FP LSInc provides Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), including specifically Procurement Support and Supply Chain Management with highly experienced personnel to Navy Field Activities for Anti-Terrorism Afloat support.  We develop and maintain Shipboard Physical Security Equipment (PSE) and Vessel Boarding Search and Seizure/ Expanded Maritime Interception Operations (VBSS/EMIO) Allowance Equipage Lists (AELs) and Table of Allowance (TOA) Equipage for US Navy ships, Command Naval Installations (CNI), Military Sealift Command (MSC) ships and other US Naval agencies and activities.

ILS for AT/FP gear and equipment has been an LSInc cornerstone, with multiple prime contracts since 2001.

MPS and APS-3 LSInc provides material readiness support personnel, specifically Mechanics III and Material Coordinator’s that support the maintenance of equipment that is aboard APS-3 vessels afloat. As part of this support we coordinate all required deployment medical and dental screenings, drug testing and background checks.  We also deploy each person from Home of Record (HOR) to HTSI facility in Charleston South Carolina for shipboard operations training. Once training is complete we deploy each individual to a designated port for link up with the supported ship.  This is built upon previous past performance providing like-support for MPS.

Naval Sea Systems Command (SEA N00AL/04FM) LSInc provides Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) SEA N00AL/04FM, under prime contract, a broad range of ILS/PLS expertise including: Program Management, Outfitting, Navy Shipyard, Outfitting and Material Management support.

Under a separate contract, LSInc is also providing support to NAVSEA HQ for their ERP transition.  Specifically, LSInc is assisting in the data cleansing of records from legacy logistics IT systems for Navy ERP.  This includes validating the accountablity of material throughout the NAVSEA Enterprise.  LSInc has conducted wall-to-wall inventories of over $5B Sponsor-Owned Material (SOM), now termed Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S), and effected the DMIL and disposal of over $1B of excess material under this effort.

NAVICP-M Reengineered Maritime Allowance Development (ReMAD) LSInc provides support to NAVICP-M to develop/refine requirements, documentation, testing, and implementation of the Reengineered Maritime Allowance Development (ReMAD) and its interface with ERP. We provide broad based expertise and knowledge of the allowance process and Fleet interface including the ERP Single Supply Solution/”Push” process, and other related program-level requirements, and provide training on various aspects of allowancing and REMAD to both government and contractor personnel.

DHS and U.S. Coast Guard Support LSInc is currently supporting the USCG Director Operations Logistics (DOL) under a 5-year prime contract with inventory management, IT support, and standardization and life-cycle support of their Unit Allowance Lists (UAL). Significant cost saving have been realized to date.

The LSInc Team (LSInc prime) has supported the Department of Homeland Security (DNDO) in the conduct various vulnerability assessments.

LSInc provides a broad range of professional services to a number of customers. Current examples include:

Health and Medical Services Support LSInc provides a variety of clerical, medical administrative and other training and operational support to the Naval Hospital Beaufort, SC, Naval Hospital Pensacola, Naval Health Clinics at Corpus Christi, Fort Worth, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, and numerous Branch Clinics throughout the Southeast and Western States.  Many of the medical administrative duties include patient scheduling and documentation of Managed Care Programs for Active Duty, Retired, and Reserve Personnel, family members, and Veterans to include liaison services for TriCare, Veterans Administration, and Medical Review Board documentation of a myriad of wounded warrior programs. Our dedicated personnel also provide laboratory technical services, development of maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with all sanitary regulations, policies and procedures, maintenance of medical equipment systems and devices, and conducting environmental, health and hazardous materials inspections.  LSInc is also the single contractor supplier of Instructor support services in the Biomedical Equipment Technician, Medical Laboratory Technician, Basic Medical Technician Corpsman, and Surgical Technician programs of instruction for Navy, Air Force, Army and International students. Support to the Healthcare and Medical fields is one of our fastest growing segments.

Administrative and Clerical Services Support LSInc provides broad administrative and clerical support services to many of our Navy and Marine Corps clients throughout the country.  Our vast knowledge of military software systems allows us to provide support to a wide range of functional and operational commands.  We have been providing military pay, personnel, travel claims and passenger transportation services to Personnel Support Detachments throughout the US and Hawaii.  We support numerous military hospital, clinic, and medical headquarters with patient medical records support, medical administration, scheduling, referrals, documentation for wounded warrior programs, Medical Review Boards, liaison services for TriCare and Veterans Administration Managed Care Programs for Active Duty, Retired, and Reserve Personnel, family members, and Veterans.  We also provide office and customer service support for Family Housing and Unaccompanied Personnel Housing activities as well as financial and supervisory/management support.

Engineering, Maintenance, and Technical Services Support LSInc provides engineering, maintenance, and technical support services to a growing array of clients.  We perform CAD, engineering services, and facility contractor liaison support for Family Housing construction projects ongoing at Marine Corps Base Hawaii.  We’ve managed a major MILCON fuel piping project for the Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor.  We support the overhaul and repair of the Navy’s SH-60, Cobra, AH-1 and UH1N helicopters, Army UH-60, AH-64 and other aircraft and component programs for the Army Depot and the Naval Air Station in Corpus Christi, Texas. We maintain, repair, and modify aircraft structures and structural components, as well as associated aircraft components for C-40 aircraft for VR-58 out of Jacksonville, Florida and VR-59 out of Fort Worth, Texas. LSInc also provides support to sustain the Degaussing Test Range and Magnetic Calibration of U.S. Naval ships, and Coast Guard vessels. Working with Naval Station Mayport, Harbor Operations Department, Degaussing Division we can provide support to all classes of steel-hulled U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, and MSC vessels equipped with onboard degaussing systems.  Facility, aircraft and ship maintenance are fast growing areas of LSInc support.
