LSInc Awarded New Defense Health Agency (DHA) Contract

Arlington, Virginia, 1 October 15:  The Defense Health Agency (DHA) awarded LSInc a five year (Base plus four Option Years) $7.5M contract to provide Instructor Support Services for the Medical Education and Training Campus (METC).  METC is a Tri-Service Campus located on Fort Sam Houston, Texas in the City of San Antonio.  With over 50 medical programs, and 21,000 graduates a year, METC is a state-of-the-art DoD healthcare education campus that trains enlisted medical personnel in the following program areas: Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET); Basic Medical Technician Corpsman (BMTC); Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT); and Surgical Technician (ST).

LSInc has maintained portions of this requirement since 2009 and stood up the contractor support portion of 3 of the programs between 2013 and 2015. This LSInc contract will be administrated by Ms. Linda Donelson, Program Manager within LSInc’s Professional Services Division led by Ms. Lora Adams.  Ms. Donelson stated, “LSInc is delighted to have the opportunity to continue supporting the METC Command.  Our Team consists of some of the finest Instructors who will provide outstanding support and services that will continue to meet and exceed their expectations.  Our Instructors are truly gifted individuals who have a passion for teaching.”
