Joseph Sciacca

Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mr. Sciacca serves as LSInc’s Vice President of Finance, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  He is responsible for the management and compliance of the company’s corporate accounting, budgeting, financial operations, strategic planning, asset management, and tax planning.  He brings a wealth of executive-level experience in these areas along serving as LSInc’s Quality Manager, responsible for maintaining LSInc’s ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Certification.

He leads a team of experts who develop corporate Human Resource policies and procedures, perform annual budget formulation, monitor cost variances, generate cost proposals, manage account system operations, and oversees audit interface relations.

Mr. Sciacca previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance at Halifax from December 1999 to December 2009.  From September 1996 through September 1998, he served as the Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer of On-Site Sourcing, Inc, a legal document management services firm.  From 1994 through 1996, Mr. Sciacca was a principal in a tax and consulting firm.

Mr. Sciacca has a B.S. in accounting from Georgetown University, a Master’s Degree in taxation from American University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
