LSInc Associate Selected as 2008 Contractor of the Year

Pensacola, FL - 24 March 2009 - Mr. Alex Fernandez, an LSInc Biomedical Repair Technician at the Naval Hospital Pensacola, FL was awarded “Pensacola Naval Hospital Contractor of the Year for 2008”. Mr. Fernandez is responsible for conducting and documenting environmental health surveys including the evaluation of work practices and environmental conditions for hazards to the health and welfare of personnel, as well as to detect violations of public health standards.

Mr. Fernandez served in the Navy for 24 years as a Navy Hospital Corpsman, with over 18 years in the Preventive Medicine specialty. After retiring from the Navy, he continued in the Preventative Medicine field working as a contractor. Mr. Fernandez has distiguished himself and the LSInc Team through his consistently outstanding performance.
