LSInc on contractor-team to support the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) — Installation Protection Program (IPP)

Washington D.C. - 21 July 2008 - Logistics Support, Incorporated (LSInc) announced today they will serve as a subcontractor on a Department of Defense (DoD) contract supporting the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) — Installation Protection Program (IPP). LSInc will be supporting Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), the prime contractor, on this single award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a potential value of $500 million over five years.

The program is managed by the Joint Project Manager Guardian (JPMG) for the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense. The JPMG IPP was initiated in December 2003 as a Joint effort to protect the critical infrastructure on select DoD installations. The IPP provides integrated CBRN protection and response solutions for U. S. installations in the event of an attack.
