401(K) Savings Plan
Our Fund Administrator, BB&T offers a variety of funds that will support long-term investment objectives. Employee participation can be as little as 1% with a maximum of 12% (pre-taxed) per paycheck. Our plan is effective the first of the month following employment. LSInc will match contributions 50% up to 6% of employee pay. Section 125 Plan
This is a pretax benefit plan that allows employees to make contributions toward premiums for medical, dental, vision care and out-of-pocket medical expenses on a “before tax” basis. Our HR Officer will explain how this benefit can save on taxes.
