Room Configurations for Every Need We offer flexible room configurations to meet all your conference and meeting requirements.
Classroom
The most desirable set-up for large-size lectures. Our tables give attendees lots of space for spreading out materials and taking notes, plus a clear view of the projection screens.
U-Shaped, E-Shaped, T-Shaped
Perfect for a group of 40 or smaller. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual equipment is usually set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
This is best for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. Because our chairs can be easily moved, this is a convenient configuration to use before breaking into discussion groups.
