William G. Doyle

Director of Operations

Mr. Doyle serves as Director of Operations for LSInc. He directs corporate accounting, human resources, information technology functions, and manages the administrative staff. His responsibilities encompass financial planning, corporate budgeting, contract administration, teaming, and LSInc’s corporate infrastructure and business and communications systems.

Before joining LSInc in 2006, Mr. Doyle was Site Director for Systalex Corporation, where he provided on-site program management for the multi-year Core Financial and Enterprise Business Systems (CFEBS) contract with the Department of Commerce. Prior to this, he spent 18 years with Kottmann, Inc./Systems Engineering Solutions, Inc., the last nine as Vice-President/Chief Information Officer. In this leadership role, he guided corporate technical direction, infrastructure, business and communications systems, public relations, federal marketing, contract performance, budgeting and subcontractor management. He also spearheaded a number of other initiatives including software enhancements, marketing efforts in the commercial sector, project manager of several projects, and the development of IT tools. He began his career as a writer with Time Life Books.

Mr. Doyle holds a Bachelors Degree (BA) in Anthropology from the University of California.
