Mr. Sciacca serves as LSInc’s Vice President for Finance, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is responsible for the management and compliance of the company’s corporate accounting, financial reporting, strategic planning, and tax. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance at Halifax from December 1999 to December 2009. From September 1996 through September 1998, Mr. Sciacca served as the Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer of On-Site Sourcing, Inc, a legal document management services firm. From 1994 through 1996, Mr. Sciacca was a principal in a tax and consulting firm.

Mr. Sciacca has a B.S. in accounting from Georgetown University, a Masters Degree in taxation from American University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
