Mr. Sprague serves as LSInc’s Program Director for Expeditionary Programs. He is responsible for the oversight and execution of support to US Navy and Coast Guard expeditionary commands world wide.

Mr. Sprague has over 30 years of experience in a broad range of Expeditionary Warfare, management and logistics functions. He is a retired Navy Surface Warfare Officer who commanded one of the Navy’s finest warships. Following the terrorist attacks on USS COLE and the World Trade Center, he was selected to establish and command the Navy’s first expeditionary security capability for high value assets around the world. When he retired from the Navy, he was serving as the Branch Head for Navy Anti-terrorism/Force Protection on the OPNAV Staff.

Mr. Sprague holds a Master’s Degree (MA) in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College (1992) and a Bachelors Degree (BS) in International Security Affairs from the United States Naval Academy (1978).
